Remote energy leaders, apply now to the Energy Leadership Accelerator

ELA is a new international network program designed to connect energy leaders from remote and islanded communities, including those in AV狼论坛, Hawai'i, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, to advance local energy projects and workforce development.
This program pairs professional development with peer-networking opportunities and is ideal for individuals leading remote community energy initiatives.
The six-month program runs January to June 2025 and offers a blend of virtual learning, peer mentorship and an in-person component in AV狼论坛. Cohort members will collaborate on the tools and strategies needed to equip their local workforce for the adoption of emerging energy technologies for microgrids.
The program will culminate in a 10-day AV狼论坛 Leadership Lab, featuring renewable energy site tours and fireside chats with experts in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kotzebue and Cordova.
Energy leaders looking to drive local, resilient energy futures are encouraged to apply.
