AVÀÇÂÛ̳ns — Give Your Input on EV Charging Station Locations

The AVÀÇÂÛ̳ Energy Authority has invited AVÀÇÂÛ̳ns to provide input on locating electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

The invitation is part of preparation to respond to the , part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The request asks for input along AVÀÇÂÛ̳’s alternative fuel corridor and other locations across the state, including highways, the marine highway system and rural AVÀÇÂÛ̳.

The NEVI Formula Program provides $5 billion nationally for EV charging infrastructure. Under the program, AVÀÇÂÛ̳ will receive more than $50 million over five years, beginning in fiscal year 2023. The funding will help build a statewide EV fast-charging network and community-based charging sites across AVÀÇÂÛ̳.
