Governor's Cup this weekend

UAF will defend its right to the Governor's Cup tonight and possibly Saturday at the Carlson Center. The won the first two of a four-game series over the Seawolves earlier this season. Regardless of Friday's outcome, they'll meet again Saturday for conference play.

Chapman Chair Seminars to feature talks on sea level rise

The College of Natural Science and Mathematics is hosting a series of invited speakers to discuss sea-level rise and coastal impacts, including a senior fellow from the NASA Goddard Flight Center, along with six UAF researchers.

Commencement RSVP, regalia orders

The 2018 commencement ceremony in Fairbanks will take place at the Carlson Center May 5 at 1:20 p.m. Faculty participating in the ceremony should RSVP online. The deadline for faculty to order regalia from the UAF bookstore's online service is April 2.

Field safety training for UAF researchers

Field safety training for researchers, including graduate students, is offered through the Department of Recreation, Adventure and Wellness. Full-day courses require registration, but there are also two-hour drop-in sessions.
