Campus buildings slated for demolition

As part of reducing UAF's facilities footprint, five buildings will be demolished this summer: three on Copper Lane, one on Colville and the Nordic House.

Successful Spring Fundraiser

Thanks to the help of hundreds of volunteers and donors, KUAC's Spring Fundraiser raised nearly $100,000 for public broadcasting.

Butterfly and moth images now on interactive website

A new website will allow the public to view high-resolution images of thousands of butterflies and moths gathered by renowned collector Kenelm Philip.

Reindeer calves arrive at Fairbanks Experiment Farm

The first three reindeer calves of 2019 arrived at the Fairbanks Experiment Farm over the weekend. Altogether, a dozen calves are expected to join the UAF research herd at the farm.

Fire Department car wash

The car wash, to be held April 20 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., features Chancellor White at 2 p.m., who will help wash cars for a $100 donation to the Heart Walk.
