The first three reindeer calves of 2019 arrived at the Fairbanks Experiment Farm over the weekend. Altogether, a dozen calves are expected to join the UAF research herd at the farm.

Oscar and Sophie Alexie will discuss "yagyarat" — when people refrain from daily life activities to maintain health — April 19 from 3:30-5 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium.

Fire Department car wash

The car wash, to be held April 20 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., features Chancellor White at 2 p.m., who will help wash cars for a $100 donation to the Heart Walk.

The School of Management will honor Jim Dodson as its 43rd Business Leader of the Year during a sold-out dinner and award ceremony at 6 p.m. April 20.
