Feedback request for course block alignment proposals

that will shift UAF's standard start and end times for full semester-based courses by 15 or 30 minutes. This adjustment will created more alignment across the UA system.

Faculty and staff are asked to talk about these changes in their departments and consider how it will impact departments and the courses that are offered. Campuses and departments can still schedule courses outside of nonstandard times and formats to meet the needs of their students.
