Compliance Alliance tip: personal health assistant

The Compliance Alliance committee was created in Fall 2021 to focus on the many compliance requirements at UAF and would like to share the following compliance tip or fact with you this week:

As a UA employee, . They provide guidance and support to navigate the university's health plans and voluntary benefits, find in-network providers, clarify and negotiate bills, identify prescription drug savings and provide detailed cost comparisons for services to help you save money while still receiving quality care. Their staff is equipped to help you get the most out of your benefits while saving money and finding quality care for you and your family.

The Compliance Alliance  meets monthly to evaluate risks associated with compliance issues, identify university policies that need to be enhanced and analyze the effectiveness of compliance processes across campus. You can contact the chair, Ashley Munro, at 474-1934 or akmunro@alaska.edu.
