report to the Board of Regents. I am not sure where 7 minutes came from, but that
appears to be the magic number.
Right about now, songbirds in Brazil are shifting on their perches, feeling mysterious
impulses that will soon make them leap off their branches and head toward AVÀÇÂÛ̳.
