The Nanook Technology Services Service Desk is excited to announce that we're starting a newsletter to keep subscribers up-to-date on changes regarding UA computer accounts and services! We intend to send out these updates two-to-three times per semester as needed, with a focus on brief and informative communications without filler or padding. We want to improve our transparency with users-- including staff, students, and other affiliates-- regarding changes in the everyday systems they use with our institution, and will include updates from both within NTS and system-wide OIT!
